SSCS1 appeal form for anything DWP related — allow you to appeal decisions. Takes anything up to five weeks, of late a little less, before being logged at the Tribunal Service. With some benefits its dependent on the reason for appeal whether benefit will be reinstated, usually at a base rate, until such time that you have your assessment. IE ESA due to failure at your medical assessment will be paid but if you are appealing due to your money being stopped due to non attendance, then you will not get any benefit until you have won your appeal. The whole process can take up to 12 weeks.
